Copper Green Mordant

Alternative to Copper sulfate mordant in natural dyeing. This is a solution made from water, ammonia, and a couple of scrap pieces of copper piping. Yarns here were dyed by immersion in a similar dyebath to the one shown here, made instead with pre-1982 U.S. pennies in place of the copper pipes.
