E was unsure about crossing. You can hardly blame him. Then he just did it, without stopping and without ever looking down. Then he turned right around and bee lined it straight back, headlong and headstrong. He certainly wasn't excited by it at all. The heights, the water flowing fast below, and bouncing of the bridge itself made him feel nauseous for quite some time. But, he did it!
