the infirmary

this little one was having a hard time standing & walking and so it was brought into the house for extra care. several times we thought its minutes were numbered, but after a couple of days (with C hand feeding it droplets of water and specks of mushy feed from the end of a chopstick.) it perked right up, started making a ruckus, and soon joined the rest of its kind out in the shed.
