jack & the gander & the deer

usually deer eat the jack o' lanterns in the compost pile. this year it is the geese, although here he's taking a quick yoga break.

 

And we found that deer INSIDE the garden fence feeling confused and trapped this morning having a hard time finding it's way back out the way it came in, through the chicken yard gate and then on in through the garden gate.
