memorial day morning

when i come around the corner at the bottom of the hill on my way into work,

i can gauge what i'm in for when i walk through the back door by the number of cars on the street.

not a soul that morning, at least for the time being.

weird.

obviously there was no reason to rush, and ample time to pull over for a picture.
