A cult phenomenon.
As I wandered through the desolate streets of Gotham, waiting for the chance to move towards a new territory, I had a realization.
Why must I continue drifting through my existence, searching for something to fill the gap that Nora left in my heart. It was tearing me apart and if I didn't deal with it soon, I could lose this war in humiliation or even worse, I had to assemble my goons back.
And then I saw it, written across the side of a torn down building, the words "FRIES SOLD HERE" sounded too suspicious, as there were no where that sold fast food anywhere near.
Upon further inspection, a hidden lift was hidden behind a foul-smelling species of vine.
I climbed in, leaving no room for air, one button was on the control panel "Down", I hit it, not expecting the sudden rush of movement, picking me up and then dropping me down into the darkness of Gotham's underground.
Upon hitting the ground floor with a huge halt, the doors of the lift creaked upon and a vast, musty room was revealed, a recorded message greeted me...
"Welcome, Victor! We've been waiting."
