Nesting "Practice"
This has been quite confusing. I'll try to make it short. Henrietta, (of Had and Henrietta fame) has gone up on the embankment with Hank and gone into what looked like a egg laying pose. Hank stayed with her. Stayed in that pose for a good half hour on 2 occasions. But they both left and returned several times. Not there now.
I had so hoped Henrietta would have been able to raise a family back here for the first time....Do ducks "honker down" at multiple places (try the places out) before eggs are actually laid and hatched?
