A better Kingfisher

A male Belted Kingfisher has been seen twice now out on the stump on the pond.

 

The first picture I got was pretty bad. This one is not great, but is better. I have to shoot at a tremendous angle thru glass. The moment I carefully open the door an inch or so he's gone.

 

The ultimate bad hair day bird!
