Lifeguard on Duty

Watercolor on 1/8 sheet watercolor paper. I couldn't get the hair the way I wanted. I wanted to use a split complement color scheme so used cobalt, phthalo blue, ultramarine blue and cadmium orange. I painted from a photo by Joe Gardner that I found on Unsplash.
