Toilet Humour: Eurostar

Travelling from London to Brussels or Paris at 186 miles per hour always sounds a bit more glamorous than it is. However, Eurostar have tried to inject some humor into the smallest rooms on their trains. A touch of tromp d'oiel on the walls. I wonder if the French have a word for that?
