Low Carb, Sugar Free Pumpkin Pie with No Crust

I baked this low carb, diabetic friendly pumpkin pie for our dessert tonight. It is made with pumpkin,splenda,almond milk, eggs and spices. It is very low in carbs, low in calories and is also gluten and dairy free if you happen to watch those things in your diet. The whipped cream on top is low fat and sugar free.

 

It tasted great! My husband even liked it and he doesn't like pumpkin pie.
