My Hat

One of my goals in the studio is to make simple, elegant images, without distraction or clutter. By working carefully, and adding lighting components only when needed, even a simple thing like a hat can be made beautiful. Form, composition, the fall of light, and the quality of that falling light can make art out of virtually anything.
