Harpers Ferry is the confluence of rivers Potomac and Shenendoah in Maryland, USA. This tunnel is at the end of the bridge across Potomac built in 1931. There is a grilled fencing between me and the bridge and I had to crop the picture slightly to get rid of unsightly grills.
