Halloween2016-Ghostbuster!
In this one you can see my boot covers. Craft foam sheets from Joann Fabric and Crafts. Duct tape "safety tape" on the boot covers from Target. Hot glued velcro for easy on and off. STayed hooked all day, no problems. Other than The heat and sweating under the craft foam caused me to break out in hives on my legs. :( It was a much warmer day than we usually have for this event.
