Squash Soup & Brushetta Toast

This rich soup I call 'Gleanings' because I gleaned the leavings from the garden. Kale, cauliflower, cabbage, carrots, celery, kale, leeks, onions and garlic, zucchini and golden squash. Shredded fresh ginger, tumeric, a touch of curry, fresh grated nutmeg, coconut milk. Serve with garlic bread with brushetta and cheese. Broil.
