Celery Soup

This was the most addictive soup we've ever eaten - one bowlful lead to another, and another. It was so flavorful, refreshing and light. Make the broth with an oxbone, add beef bullion cube (Asian). Then add anise, tarragon, cumin, tumeric. Stirfry onion and garlic, add minced kale and finely chopped carrots. Simmer together with basil, oregano or cilantro. Puree 1/3 of it and add to broth to thicken.
