"I passed by this cute little house all decked out in Mardi Gras colors the other day and had

to stop and snap a picture to share with Y'all. Isn't it cute & festive looking? And with that

I was thinking it's owner might be a displaced Cajun, thanks to Hurricane Katrina?

They were all ready and waiting for "Fat Tuesday"......which is today. Fat Tuesday is

Mardi Gras, the fun festival New Orleans, Louisiana, is famous for. "Gras" is French for

fat....."Mardi" is French for Tuesday.

Today is the day they will celebrate with masquerade balls, parades & fun in the French

Quarter, down in the heart of New Orleans. "Laissez Les Bon Temps Roulez!"
