Add or subtract?

A bus zips past on its way up the hill. I was taking pictures of something else, but a bus going past is too good to miss. Now the question is does this bus add to the picture or detract from it? Should it be added or subtracted?

 

I think it adds something interesting. It makes the picture more hectic and more unique (especially given the cool, strong and curvy bus streak). On the other hand, it makes the picture more noisy and for many this may be bad.......
