B&P 3331 Griegsville 11-4
B&P 3331 is the Southbound leader on GW-1 as it makes a drop at the yard in Griegsville, NY (Retsof) on November 4, 2022. I walked in about 4 engine lengths from the Route 36 crossing to get a few yellow leaves on a maple tree. The salt train schedule never flipped in 2022 so that the run to the mine was in daylight. Instead, it has remained on the overnight schedule all year. A track work project on the RSR main to the Springs caused the GW-1 to run in daylight this week. I figured it was worth catching since it may not run in daylight again. Time will tell.
