WM 7166 gets a ride on the turntable at Cumberland, MD on July 1, 1978. This was the infamous rainy weekend trip a bunch of us took to Cumberland and Altoona where it rained pretty much the entire time. We drove straight from home near Rochester, NY all the way to Cumberland.
