Conrail 6226 Salamanca
Think I will spend the week on my chase of RS-97 from May 10, 1980. It was not all Chessie System on this day as I caught a Conrail train at Machias Jct. and also checked out the Conrail yard in Salamanca, NY. Blue SD45 6228 and a black GP38 are parked there at the ex EL engine facilty.
