Conrail 2031 Corby
I have posted a similar view of this with the flagman getting ready to climb back onto CR 2031 at the Corby Road crossing in Lima, NY on February 20, 1979. WIth the flagman back in the cab, 2031 heads across Corby Road. With the snow packed deep on the tracks, the local left its train in Honeoye Falls and ran light down to Lima and return to clean the rails off. The light was fading as the 2031 crossed Corby Road shortly before dusk.Here is the pic that preceded this one:
