B&O 4207 Brooks Ave.
Chessie cats 4207 & 4292 are parked in front of the Brooks Ave. yard office in Gates, NY on February 4, 1979. The 4207 will be the leader on RS-97, but there is a problem at the other end of the power. Seems the coupler on 4292 is frozen and a couple of the crew are trying to thaw it out using flares.
