I stopped at the CSX main just down the street from where I work on my way in on January 21, 2019. I was hoping to get a train kicking up the fresh snow that we had just got over the weekend. The wind was blowing, creating whiteout conditions. Just before I had to give up and head on over to work, a headlight appeared and I was able to get CSX 3166 creating its own whiteout at CP367 in Rochester, NY.
