B&P 462 Flats
The pursuit of venison has been fruitless so far this season, When I got out of church I saw the salt train had arrived at the mine, so I had to decide, go deer hunting, or go home and grab my camera bag and come back. The fact that flare 462 would lead the loaded train made the decision easy. I ran home and grabbed the camera gear. With temps in the upper 50's and mostly sunny skies the B&P 462 leads GW1 across the flats at Mount Morris, NY on December 2, 2018. The salt mine is visible to the left of the 462. There is still a week left to get a deer.
