Conrail 5026 Highland Cut
Conrail 5026 leads an Eastbound TV train through Highland Cut in Big Beaver, PA on March 15, 1993. It was two days after the big snowstorm of March 13 and the snow was melting fast. I had spent the day making the rounds at Conway Yard and New Castle. On my way home from New Castle I stopped at the cut. The light was getting low, but I shot a couple of Eastbounds anyways. This one was pretty dark, but I was able to lighten it up with the wonder of Photoshop.
