CSX 1939 OA Tower
An interlocking box is all that is left at OA Tower at the West end of New Castle Yard in 1994. There had been a diamond here with the P&LE's branch into New Castle, but it had just recently been removed by CSX. A pair of "baby boats", U18B's #1939 & 1927, sounded incredible as they pull out of New Castle Yard with train L217 after changing crews on May 21, 1994.
