I made it through the rain....

I found this beauty on my lawn this morning..it made it through the rain and the thunderstorm, but was a little battered, I want to thank everyone for all of your views, faves and comments. I just hit 30,000. views! You guys are the best! It is so appreciated...thanks, again.

 

We dreamers have our ways

Of facing rainy days

And somehow we survive

 

We keep our feelings warm

Protect them from the storm

Until our time arrives

 

Then one day the sun appears

And we come shining through those lonely years...

 

I made it through the rain

and found myself respected by the others who....got rained on, too..
