11 Sep 06. The last of 300 flags raised in a remembrance ceremony at the Corps of Engineers headquarters in Kabul. For those who may not be accustomed to seeing civilians in uniform, everyone that you see in DCUs (tan) is a civilian, and almost everyone that you see in ACUs is military.
