White-ringed flycatcher (Conopias albovittatus)

These are one of the Tyrant flycatchers which, together with the kingbirds, were a constant source of bafflement to me. They are all so similar! But I think I have this one ID'd correctly.

 

We found this one in Tortuguero village flycatching from an old pump in a garden, and I really liked the black backdrop that the shade under trees in the background gave me.
