Nilanga,16, is an active member of the Youth Media Federation of Monaragala, which is supported by Plan. Through his involvement in the federation, Nilanga has developed skills in scriptwriting, filming and editing, and has contributed to media productions on issues affecting children such as domestic violence and early marriage.
