Daily exercise in a Lock down (day 2)

It’s quite ironic after all the bad weather we have had in the UK over the Autumn and Winter when we finally get some good weather we can’t go out anywhere. Well that’s not strictly true, we are allowed to go out for exercise, which could be walking, running or cycling. My preferred choice will always be walking Honey. Going out isn’t that easy though as we should really be avoiding contact with other people, so you have to try and think of areas you can go where your least likely to bump into others. I tend to leave my walks till the last hour before dark, I find fewer people are out at that time. Last night I went about a third of a mile to the west of my home to start my walk, tonight I went about a third of a mile to the south of my home to start my walk, which I think is acceptable, I’d get really bored if I did the same walk over and over so I’m quite fortunate to have quite a lot of different walks local to me.

So if you have read this description perhaps you’d like to share how your doing your exercise while we are in lock down, how are you avoiding contact with others, assuming you are avoiding contact with others, it would be interesting to know😁😁
