Oooh doesn't that look better!? 'Axis' some maintenance company came and painted over 2-3 water damaged areas (they didn't see the 15 other areas crying out in mould!) in this particular new block - clearly they didn't have time to prepare the surface first: just in case they need reminding:
Step 1.Rub down
Step 2. Dust clean
Step 3. Paint damp proofer on or paint over with an oil based paint before covering with emulsion - even I know that numpties!
