A Queen's Enviro(nment) or a "Thorn between two Roses"

As during HRH Queen Elizabeth II Silver and Golden Jubilees, several bus companies painted buses in dedication to the Monarch. Now it's time for her Platinum Jubilee. Most people won't see this again in their lifetime, and Arriva and Stagecoach are just two of the major operators who have joined in the fun. On display at the Ribble Vehicle Preservation Trust's excellent Morecambe rally and running day, who's main base for display and services was at the Mazuma Stadium, the home of Morecambe FC, these three ADL Enviro's are showing the different livery application of Arriva and Stagecoach Bus. On the left of the photo is Stagecoach 10014, PX12DLV, an ADL E40D - ADL Enviro 400. New to Stagecoach(North West), in 06/2012, this Carlisle based Enviro had returned 'home' for the day having been new to the Morecambe depot. Centre, and the "Thorn between the Roses" is Southport based Arriva Merseyside, 4579, YX64VPU, an ADL E40D - ADL Enviro 400. This was new to Arriva Merseyside in 10/2014. I say "Thorn" because in my opinion, the Arriva version of the livery is not a patch on the clean lines of the Stagecoach livery. To the right of the photo is Stagecoach 11202, SK19EVTM and ADL E40D - ADL Enviro 400MMC. Based at Morecambe, it was new to Stagecoach(North West), in 08/2019.
