Chris Stainton has a small dealership and also hires coaches out in his own right as well as KT's Coaches. A keen enthusiast, he also has and operates several preserved coaches, this being one. Painted in 'National' white with F.W. Stainton & Son fleetname and fleetnumber 441 in authentic 'National' style, it is seen here at Speke, Liverpool, when attending the MTT Liverpool Running Day on 08/09/2019. This smart Leopard was new to Hearn, Harrow Weald, in 07/1979 with the allocated registration GBM121T but it remained unlicensed until 08/1980 when it finally entered service as PRO441W. It has also carried registration HIL2156 and was with Skelton Coaches, Saltburn-by-the-Sea, Cleveland then Mortons Travel, Tadley, who had it painted in this livery with Mortons names. © Peter Steel 2019.
