London Buses - London General RM1590 590CLT AEC/PRV Routemaster 2R2RH - Park Royal

New to London Transport in 05/1963 this RM passed to London General on formation in 04/1989 and is seen here on Buckingham Palace Road near London Victoria Coach Station in late July 1989. It had received this lined 'General' livery and was withdrawn in 04/1994 passing to PVS(dlr), Carlton. It still survives today as far as I know and it is with St. Luke's Hospice, Winsford.

The camera was a Praktica MTL3.

I would request, as with all my photos, that they are not copied or downloaded in any way, shape or form. © Peter Steel 1989.
