Preserved Bournemouth Transport 167 6167RU Leyland Titan PD3A/1 - Weymann
This fine PD3 was new to Bournemouth Transport in 09/1963. It was acquired with the rest of the batch of ten by Isle of Man Road Services in 1974. Road Services was nationalised along with Douglas Corporation in 1976 by the then Manx Government, becoming Isle of Man National Transport where it was numbered 78 and registered LMN78. Little did I know at the time that I would see this bus here after taking a photo of it at Douglas in August 1978(Photo below).
