Howards Travel Group, Runcorn - Towrider - V748 K748DAO Volvo B10M-55 - Alexander PS Recovery Conversion.
This converted B10M was new to Stagecoach Cumberland(748), in 02/1993, as part of a large batch of what became the standard single-deck bus for Stagecoach giving sterling service to the group. It was later renumbered 20748 in the Stagecoach national renumbering scheme. This smart conversion is a bit of a 'Big Boys Toy' and can only be used for shunting duties at the Howards Travel Group HQ but does attend various rallies in the north-west. Carrying the names Olivia, Max Kian and Lilly, it is seen here, when arriving at the Trans-Lancs Vehicle Show, Heaton Park, Manchester, on 06/09/2015. © Peter Steel 2015.
