Seen on display at the Trans-Lancs Vehicle Show, Heaton Park, Manchester, on 06/09/2015, are, on the left of the photo, F12HOW, a Van Hool T8 Alizee bodied B10M-62, new to Shearings Holidays(658), Wigan, in 01/1995 registered M658KVU. It has also served with Hextable Coaches, Swanley, registered A6HEX. This is standing next to a less than conventional Alexander PS bodied B10M, K748DAO, a recovery vehicle conversion that is more of a 'Big Boys Toy' being used for shunting duties at the companies HQ. It was new to Stagecoach Cumberland(748), in 02/1993, as part of a large batch of what became the standard single-deck bus for Stagecoach giving sterling service to the group, later becoming 20748 in the Stagecoach national renumbering scheme. © Peter Steel 2015.
