This American-looking beast is a Reynolds Boughton RB44 truck. When it was first designed or built I don't know because there isn't a Wiki page for it but what I do know is that Renault must have been involved somewhere down the line because in the centre of the grille is what looks like a Renault badge. What I also know is that huge numbers of these have been demobbed. In fact, these wouldn't look out of place on some American highway...except for the fact they're right wheel drive.
