When I was last at the old Olive Mount site, there was some fella who I thought was security but was just there walking his dog (it’s dead popular for that) so I vowed that I would go back and today was as good an opportunity as any. This photo, taken of part of the old Millstead School (before it moved to Everton, hence the title) looks as if it was taken in the morning but it was actually taken after four in the afternoon. To some people, this place would give them the absolute fucking willies but, back in December 1990/January 1991, I was mooching around the old Love Lane depot that North Western had just vacated so nothing bothers me.
