Gateway Raceway SCCA 10-25-08

I tagged along with Matt again to St. Louis to help with the car, take photo and mess around. After Matt had the car out for a 10 laps or so for qualification Saturday the car wouldn't shift anymore. We changed the clutch in under an hour with plenty of time to go. It was a CLOSE race that he led most of the way and then took second.

Sunday in qualifying, the RX-7 sheared it's axle. We were unable to get a replacement and called it a season. Matt took first overall in his division. The maroon RX-7 #06 is his car. We spent a lot of time under it this weekend.
