Time to practice up for ebay

Oneida Community Plate Creamer 1921 Grosvenor pattern.

 

This creamer was solid black when I got it. I've polished it twice and starts tarnishing again really fast. A couple of years ago I bought a big pile of stuff in an auction for a buck and this was in it.
