2004 before our last float trip. His last time in his canoe.

 

He bought the International Travelall new in 1965. It was built to his order.

The canoe was custom made to his specifications in 1960. One third of it was broken off in 1970, repaired that night and they continued the float trip the next day. He later ordered a new third and grafted it on for a proper repair. You can see that seam on the canoe right at the edge of the photo.
