Me on Old 66 pavement near Kellyville OK
This was the very first time I noticed* the original pavement. I was pretty excited and had to drive through the grass to put my car on the old alignment.
*This is near Kellyville Oklahoma. I had driven on 66 for over 140 miles at this point. I'm now embarrassed that I was that poor of a vintage road spotter at that time.
