Pulte Homes destroyed raw land for this?
I took several photos but I'll spare everyone. THESE HOUSES ARE UGLY. No windows on the sides. No soffits. Useless decks on the rear. They put crummy plaques in the concrete in front of each front door to brand the houses, which I find tacky. Every house has plain vinyl siding. No trees left from before excavation. No shutters or anything to make the house look nice. I can only imagine the shortcuts that were taken inside and elsewhere.
Anyways. This place disgusts me. I feel sorry for the folks that felt like they had to buy a home before they went too high a couple of years ago... and it's their own fault if they got an ARM with an intro rate and were later forced out.
"My philosophy from day one has been to build the best house for the money, in the right location— and delight the customer by exceeding their expectations with the entire home buying experience," Pulte explains. "More than a half a century later, the same vision and mission guide the company." -Bill Pulte
Whatever.
There is a lot more land in this area that has been prepared for construction. I'd rather see a mobile home park go in than more of these.
