Video of myself crossing the old HWY 13 Bridge into Lexington MO. in 2001
The bridge was demolished recently and was in use from 1924-2005. It was unique because of the "Hip" as I'll call it. Watch for the spot where I go up and then level out at the 3rd joint I cross on the bridge (at about 27 seconds to go in the video). The road comes to a "T" intersection at a war memorial on the cliffs of Lexington visible in the distance as the video ends. It was a very narrow bridge, crumbling and ready to go but I liked it. You can see the curbs are mostly nonexistent at this point.
Filmed with my old Nikon 990. It only did 40 second videos with no sound.
