We have this new superintendent at the building, Vlad. He seems a bit tightly wound. Once he found out what I do he just has to engage me in conversation every time he sees me. Sometimes I think he actually waits for me. He's got some very strange ideas about crime and punishment that he simply must share. The only way to avoid him that I've found is to do my errands during the day; he apparently works at night too.
