Revelations
St. Michael statue, at the top of Castel Sant' Angelo, shot with the Holga GFN . While I was processing the scan, touching up the little bits of dust and adjusting the contrast I noticed a blue cast and was adjusting the hue when I accidentally moved the slider all the way right and saw something close to this image. I slid it back to as normal as I could achieve and saved the file without closing it. I then went on to experiment with the hues, saturation and contrast in a very unrestrained manner! Since picking up my first Holga I've restricted my PS BS to a minimal correction, dust , slight contrast adjustments and a little color correction with an occasional B&W conversion, and that only because it's cheaper to shoot one kind film and process it according to desired final result. Purists would likely have me tarred and feathered for this digital affront, some are probably already considering it for the cursed B&W conversions!
