arched entrance

Over a doorway on Prince William Street. This building, like many others south of King St., was erected shortly after Saint John's Great Fire of 1877. I have no idea who or what is represented by the sculpted face; and "G. R." probably doesn't refer to King George, since Victoria was monarch at the time.
